Outlet Aubonne is a typical factory stores outlet shopping mall. The building is modern with relatively small shops selling mostly brand name fashion. Around 50 boutiques are spread over two floors.
The main draw of Outlet Aubonne is the savings – typically advertised as up to 70% off or more – that can be enjoyed over buying clothes at regular shops. As is typical of most modern factory outlet stores, the clothes on sale are more likely overstocked or previous season items rather than shop soiled or factory seconds.

The largest single store in the Outlet Aubonne shopping center is the Ochsner Sport Outlet that moved to a separate building across the road from the main mall. Ochsner Sport has stores all over Switzerland and in Aubonne sells a very large selection of sportswear and equipment of all international and European brands. The savings on end of season sports equipment and clothes can be quite spectacular. Late winter is a good time to buy skis, other winter sports equipment and clothes at huge discounts.

Outlet Aubonne shopping mall is open weekdays from 10 am to 7 pm (closing at 9 pm on Thursday and Friday) and Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm. The factory stores are closed on Sunday.
Transportation to Outlet Aubonne Factory Stores Shopping Mall, Switzerland
Getting to Aubonne Outlet shopping mall is very easy by car or train from almost any part of the Lake Geneva region. Outlet Aubonne is across the road from the large Ikea store, which can be seen from the highway or train when arriving from the Genève direction.
Outlet Aubonne is right next to Autoroute A1 in between Geneva and Lausanne. Use the exit for Aubonne but follow directions to Ikea – the shopping malls are on the Allaman or lakeside of the highway (while the town Aubonne is on the opposite Jura side). Driving times from Geneva is around 30 minutes and only 15 minutes from Lausanne. Ample free parking is available.
Outlet Aubonne can also easily be reached by train. Use the Allaman (not Aubonne!) station, which is less than five minutes on foot from the outlet mall. Hourly Regional Express trains from Geneva take around 30 minutes while two trains per hour (Regional Express, S3, and S4) make the 20 minute trip from Lausanne, the Lavaux, and Montreux. Outlet Aubonne is the largest factory store shopping mall in the French-speaking part of western Switzerland. However, it is still not particularly large. For excellent factory outlet shopping it is worth traveling to the McArthur Glenn Outlet Mall in Troyes in France – a four-hour drive from Geneva but a great stop for drivers en route to the Lac Léman region from Paris, Champagne, or the UK.
The best factory outlet mall in Switzerland is Foxtown near Lugano (and Milan) while the factory stores at Landquart (near Zurich and Liechtenstein) often have good bargains on outdoor adventure clothing.
